Built with AI

Your AI-built app works in the demo. We make it survive real customers.

Logins that break, a database that slows down, payments that don't unlock access, an app that works in preview and fails live. A CTO-led senior team reads what Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or Bolt built, keeps what works and takes it to production in your repo and your cloud.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

It worked in the demo. Then real users arrived.

Each of these has a usual cause, and almost none of them means starting over. The product is rarely the problem; the layer a demo never shows is.

  • Login breaks, or users get logged out

Usually auth left on the builder's defaults: redirect URLs, session expiry and email confirmation that were fine for a demo.

  • The database gets slower every week

Queries without indexes, screens that load whole tables, and nobody looking at which query is the slow one.

  • Payments go through, but access doesn't unlock

Webhooks that aren't verified, retried or idempotent, so a missed or repeated event leaves the account in the wrong state.

  • It works in preview and breaks live

Environment variables, secrets and build settings that only exist on the builder's platform, with no staging in between.

  • It won't pass a customer's security review

Keys shipped in the browser bundle, data rules nobody has tested, no access logs. The questionnaire asks about exactly those.

  • You can't onboard a second customer

The data isn't separated per customer, so every new account shares tables and rules with the first one.

  • Nobody dares to deploy

No tests on the paths that move money or personal data, no CI, and every fix the AI makes breaks something else.

  • The cloud bill keeps climbing

Model calls without a spending cap, functions that run on every page view and resources nobody switched off.

THE VERDICT

Before anyone rewrites anything, a written verdict on what you have

The first step is the Diagnostic & Blueprint: two weeks in which a working CTO reads your repo with read-only access and writes down what holds, what doesn't and what to do next.

  1. 01.

    A verdict per module

Rescue, rebuild or drop, module by module: login, data, payments, integrations, the AI layer. What works stays.

  2. 02.

An issue register ranked by severity

What blocks launch, what is a risk and what is cosmetic, each with its cause and its fix.

  3. 03.

    The target architecture

Where each piece lives once real users arrive, on Node/TypeScript or Python, in your own cloud account.

  4. 04.

A written plan and a quote for the next phase

Scope, order and a closed price for the build, so you decide with the numbers in front of you.

  5. 05.

Context files for your AI agents

CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md, so Claude Code or Cursor keep building inside the plan instead of around it.

The document is yours whoever builds the next phase, and its price is deducted from the MVP if you build it with us.

HOW IT GOES

From a working demo to production, one step at a time

Each step can be declined without losing the previous one. You only commit to the next phase once you have read the plan.

  1. 01.

    Diagnose: the Diagnostic & Blueprint

We read the app and write the verdict, the issue register, the architecture and the plan.

2 weeks · deducted from the MVP
  2. 02.

    Build: harden or rebuild

First what blocks launch, then the modules the verdict marked. When the core has to be rebuilt, it is an MVP.

MVP in 6 weeks · closed price after the diagnostic
  3. 03.

Operate: the team that runs it

Senior engineers who keep it in production, keep building it and review what your AI agents write before it ships.

Most AI-built apps that reach us have a sound product and a missing layer: auth, data rules, webhooks, backups, spending limits. Marc reads that layer himself before anything is quoted, and the team fixes it first, in your repo, before a single new feature.

FAQ

What founders ask before handing us their app

Will you rewrite my app from scratch?

Only what has earned it. The verdict goes module by module, and in most AI-built apps the screens and a good part of the data model stay. What usually gets rebuilt is what cannot hold real users, such as auth, data rules and payments, and you see that in writing before you spend on it.

Can I keep building with Lovable, Cursor or Claude Code?

Yes. We leave context files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md), tests on the paths that matter and a CI pipeline that catches what an agent breaks, so you keep the speed with a safety net. If the builder platform starts limiting you, the Blueprint says when and how to move off it, one piece at a time.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. We work in your repository and your cloud account under a mutual NDA, with read-only access during the diagnostic. The Blueprint is yours even if someone else builds the next phase.

Which stacks do you work with?

Node.js and TypeScript (React, Next.js), Python (Django, FastAPI), PostgreSQL and Supabase, the major clouds, and the AI layer: model APIs, private inference, evals and cost controls. If part of your app is on something we would not maintain well, the diagnostic says so.

How long does it take?

The Diagnostic & Blueprint takes two weeks. Fixing what blocks launch usually fits in the first weeks of the build, and a rebuilt core or a new product is an MVP in 6 weeks. The plan gives you the dates for your case.

What do you need from me to start?

Read-only access to the repository and the hosting dashboards, a mutual NDA and an hour with whoever knows the product best. We never ask for passwords or secrets over chat.

TALK TO A CTO

Tell a CTO what you built and what is breaking

Send the link, what it was built with and what is going wrong. A CTO reads it and replies within one business day with whether the Diagnostic & Blueprint fits your case and what it would cover.

A written reply first; the call, when you want it.

Your app proved the idea. Now make it hold.

Two weeks to a written verdict on what you have, and a plan to take it to production.
