What founders ask before scoping an MVP
What does "fixed price" mean here?
The scope and the price are fixed at the end of the discovery phase and written into the contract. If the scope changes mid-way, we re-plan the backlog at the next sprint planning instead of issuing change orders; the price only moves if you decide to add a phase.
Can you give me a price before we talk?
The entry packages are on the pricing page and the cost calculator gives a reference, but the real figure comes out of discovery: the state of your data, the integrations and what already exists change it too much to guess earlier.
How are payments structured?
By phase, with an instalment at the start of each one. Discovery is deducted from the build if you continue with us.
We already have an MVP built with Claude Code, Cursor or Lovable. Does this apply?
Yes, and it is the most common case this year. Discovery becomes an audit of what you have: what to keep, what to harden and what to rebuild. Then the 6 weeks go to the version that can take paying customers.
Who owns the code and where does it run?
You do, from the first commit, in your repository. We deploy to a cloud account in your name and document it so an in-house team can take over. We sign a mutual NDA before we see anything.
