How the two weeks go

    Discovery

    Working sessions with you: the business, the users, the volume, what you use today and where it hurts.

  2. Days 4–10

    Specification

    The CTO writes the spec, the data model and the plan. You see a draft halfway through and correct course.

  3. Days 11–14

    Review and handover

    We walk you through it, adjust it and hand over every file. From that moment it is yours.

What we get asked about the Blueprint

  • What exactly do I receive?The five pieces above, in Markdown and diagrams, in a repository or a shared folder. Readable by people and by AI agents, and editable by you.
  • Can I build it with another team?Yes. It is written so any competent team can pick it up, and it is also the fairest way to compare quotes.
  • How does the discount work?If we build the MVP, what you paid for the Blueprint comes off the MVP price. If you build it elsewhere, the Blueprint is still yours.
  • Is it only for AI products?No. It is for any software product: internal tools, customer apps, platforms. It is ready for AI agents to build from, whatever the product does.
  • Who writes it?A working Conectia CTO, the same person who would lead the build. Not a sales team and not a template.
  • What if two weeks are not enough?We tell you in the first session. If the scope is bigger, the Blueprint covers the first phase in full and leaves the rest mapped in the plan.
