What we get asked before starting
- Is it a tool or a service?A service with a team behind it. We use LLMs and existing tools where they fit, but what we deliver is your process running in production, with the integrations to your systems done.
- How long does it take?The pilot takes two weeks, after one week of preparation with your team. If the process is large, we split it: the part that saves the most hours goes first.
- What happens to our data?The automation runs inside your perimeter (your cloud or your servers) and models are not trained on your data. If your sector requires it, inference can be private.
- Do we need a technical team?No. We need the person who knows the process and whoever can give us access to the systems. We bring the technical team.
- What if it does not work?You will know in two weeks, against the success criterion written at the start. If it is not met, you stop and keep the process map and what was learned.
- What does it cost?It depends on the process. Tell us about it and a CTO replies within one business day with the scope, the team and the next step.
